Calls to action that fit the promise of the video
Choose one next action that follows naturally from the proof you have shown, rather than attaching the same generic CTA to every piece of content.
The useful principle
A call to action feels credible when it is the next logical step in the viewer’s journey. The video establishes a problem, shows evidence, and reduces uncertainty; the CTA should help the viewer act on that progress.
Match the size of the request to the strength of the proof. A short tip may earn a save or a related guide. A detailed demonstration with a clear result may support a trial, purchase, or consultation.
Try it in three steps
- Name what the viewer can now do.
- Offer one action that continues that progress.
- State the action plainly and remove competing asks.
